Hearing “No” can be glorious. If you’ve read our charter before you’ve seen the phrase actively listening within it. Many people don’t come right out and say it but, we have honed our ability to hear the unsaid no’s. You see, “No” is deliberate, definite, and unapologetic, it’s a straight shooter.
To some it may appear harsh but, we appreciate the no’s because it drives us closer to the ever-elusive “YES!” Often our clients tell us that they don’t know what they want but, they do know what they don’t want. That’s great!
Everyone is drawn to people who are authentic, and we’re no exception to that rule. If you don’t like something that we’re presenting, say it! Letting us know right away that we have not hit the mark will alleviate miscommunication and help everyone involved on the project save time and money. We have thick skin and we promise not to take the no’s you offer personally. If you don’t like it, please for the love of all things Holy, say “No.”
