We are thrilled to share with you the professional photos of this recently completed corporate build-out. This 24,400 square foot tenant improvement project for a global technology company contains bold color transitions that announce various opportunities for collaboration. The primary workspaces have cerulean accents in the flooring and upholstery selections. The more intimate meeting areas are announced with the use of tangerine in both carpet tiles horizontally and in upholstery on vertical surfaces. We were very excited to discover the existing ceiling conditions of this space. Uplighting was used strategically to celebrate the dynamic cedar wood structure that spans the open workstations overhead. Clean and refined finishes intersect with raw concrete columns creating a space that reads innovative yet industrial.
