Both GridIron and SecureHome provide their clients with "custom and coverage conscious insurance solutions" out of their headquarters in Plantation, Florida. Since these brands are authentic and down-to-earth, we envisioned an interior design concept that showcases this accessible approach. Wide, open spaces with ample circulation allow the interior to be light and airy while black metal accents speak towards the industrial nature of the company’s name. The largest conference room is centrally located next to the well-stocked break room allowing ease of accessibility for both companies. Dynamic wall graphics and neon signage encourage employees as they progress through the space. It’s clear that culture is not just words on the wall for our Clients as they were recently named a Top Insurance Employer for 2021 after achieving an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees!
